Farm Moosic!

8 Monday mornings Sept 13 to Nov. 8 from 10 to10:45 a.m.
Enroll in "Farm Moosic" for toddlers and their adults. In this musical session the farmyard will come alive with delightful songs,
rhythms, stories and playful movement in an early childhood music program for youngsters age 18 months to 4 years. Participants
will be immersed in music using voices, rhythm instruments, glockenspiels, puppets, movement and more. Parent-child creativity
will be sparked, too, through make-at-home crafts to be used in class. Each family enrolled receives a CD of songs and a rhythm
instrument to use at home and keep forever! Class size is limited and enrollment is currently open for $64 per family for the course.
Siblings of an enrolled child may register for $56.

The instructor is Mrs. Cindy Lemmen, whose lifelong musicality began as a toddler listening to her mother sing and play piano.  After begging to learn,
Cindy's musical life began at age five.  By the time she was a high school senior, she was teaching music to others.  Cindy studied music extensively in
college and now holds a MS degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina. Now involved with mothering her family, her interests have
returned to music, in particular to how it enhances young children's growth and development. During the past six years, Cindy has formalized her
knowledge of teaching music to young children and their parents or caring adults in a program titled "Rhapsody, Rhythm, & Rhyme".
